Opera web browser

I can’t remember exactly when I started using the Opera web browser, but after all these years, I’m still using it.

Before Opera, I used Firefox, but it was slow and crashed frequently. Google Chrome was faster, but it constantly kept the CPU busy and slowed down other programs—definitely the most annoying browser for me.

Nowadays, I prefer Opera over all other browsers. It’s fast and stable. Some websites may display a message saying, “This browser is not supported” but in most cases, everything works perfectly. Occasionally, you might need an extension—but if Opera doesn’t have it, you can simply install Chrome extensions as well!

One of the best features is the synchronization of settings, bookmarks, history, and even open tabs. I use Opera on my Windows PCs and my MacBook, and it works the same on Linux too.

Is there anything negative about Opera? Yes—the mobile versions. I just can’t get used to them. One of the biggest issues for me is that synchronization doesn’t seem to work properly on mobile.

So, if you’re looking for a new web browser for your desktop, laptop, or Mac, you should definitely give Opera a try!
